At first I was a little nervous about playing because I did not know anyone down there. My mom reminded me that, it wasn't about who I know, or who would be on my team, but about how well I can adjust to playing on a team with different people that I had never played with before. By the end of the showcase, I had a lot of fun and learned a few new techniques I can use for the future. I also met a lot of different players with the same or better skills as me which gave me some competition while we played against each other.
My defense was on point! I had 6 blocked shots!

I am sooo proud of you. You are quite a 'force to be dealt with' out there on the court.:-)Keep it up! I know Mom, Dad, and all the family are very proud of you and your accomplishments...on and off the court. Please forgive me. I wasn't aware that you were continuing to add info since that first contact.
Now, you know why your dad was such a wonderful 'son'.:-) He kept me up to date with the world of technology.
