I am also thankful for the addition of Coach Salita Childs. Salita is a previous Caroline High School player, and played college ball at Virginia State. She has been great with working with our post players.

A Time to Say Thank You
Two days away! WE will have our first game of the season vs Patrick Henry. I am so excited right now, I could burst.
As I approach the season, I just want to take the time to thank some of the coaches who helped develop my skills before I realized I had any. Thank you, Coach Percy Ashcraft, Coach Harry Mosby, and Coach Tim Marshall, who were my Parks and Recreation coaches. They told us, (me and a lot of my teammates), back then, that we were going to be a great high school team. We are working to prove them right.

Shannon, I just had a chance to check your blog. And I want to thank you for the mention. I am so proud of what you are accomplishing. The future is unlimited. I plan to bring the whole family to next week's game vs. James Monroe. Emily will be there too. I love to beat JM! Good luck and I am always there to help you and your family.........Percy.
